Timeline for BCCE 2024
  • February 28: Abstracts for oral and poster presentations due.
  • Mid-March - May 31: Early bird registration for conference and campus housing
  • Late April: Presenters notified of acceptance
  • June 1-July 21: Online registration at regular rate
Registration

Online registration is now closed. On-site registration will be available at the conference check-in desk!

Unfortunately, we were unable to make arrangements for virtual attendance to the conference.

If you need to make a change to your registration (including housing and workshops), please send an email with your request to bcce2024@uky.edu. Please do NOT submit a separate registration.

(all registrations include lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)

*Standard registration is for faculty and staff of four-year colleges and universities, industry or government employees, and anyone not explicitly listed in the other registration types.

#Guest registration includes access to exhibits, poster sessions, and evening receptions. Meals are not included but individuals may purchase breakfast or lunch in Champions kitchen during regularly scheduled meal times.

Other fees
  • Parking: $12/week in Cornerstone Garage (available for those staying on or off campus).
  • Workshops: $10/each unless otherwise noted in the workshop description

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Contact bcce2024@uky.edu with questions or to cancel your registration

Before July 1
  • Conference registration, campus housing (residence halls), and parking may be cancelled with a full refund. 
  • Workshop fees will not be refunded unless your registration is cancelled completely. 
After July 1 
  • Conference registration may be cancelled with a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. 
  • Campus housing will be refunded, less 25% of the cost.
  • Workshop fees will not be refunded.
After July 21
  • No refunds will be granted after July 21 for canceling registration, campus housing, or workshops.  Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting bcce2024@uky.edu
