Cole Residence Hall Options Available 

(Note: This is a new option, separate from those who registered previously for Witte Hall.)

  • $89.25 per night (includes breakfast) – Single Occupancy: reserving a room to be by yourself.
  • $60.25 per night (includes breakfast) – Double Occupancy: reserving one bed space of a shared two-bed space room.
  • You can list a preferred roommate at time of reservation. The roommate must also complete their own double occupancy reservation and mutually request you as a roommate.
  • If you do not have a preferred roommate, University Housing will assign a roommate of the same gender.
  • Residence hall options are available only for registered conference attendees
  • If you are not a confirmed registered participant, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • We do not offer family accommodations nor allow guests who are 17 years of age or younger.

All guest rooms will be air conditioned with a small refrigerator, complimentary Wi-Fi, bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, and soap. Housekeeping services are available by request via the QR code on the room door. Cole Hall has shared bathrooms with single use bathrooms (toilets only) on the lower level. Guests may use the lower level kitchen and laundry facilities at their convenience.

Guests arriving for Cole Hall will check in at the Frank Holt Center Desk, located at 1650 Kronshage Dr., Madison, WI 53706. Check-in begins at 12:00 p.m, on the arrival date. The Holt Center Desk is open 24 hours and can be reached by calling 608-262-2226.

All rooms are subject to availability and regular rates, however discounted room blocks have been reserved at the below lodging locations. Hotel reservations are only possible via the below booking links or by contacting the hotel directly. Use the direct links and/or access codes to receive the conference rate. 

Each location has various cut off dates, please be aware of the specific cutoff date when booking.  Booking accommodations does not register you for the conference.

No one will contact you directly to book a hotel or offer a “discounted conference rate." Any such calls or emails are scams.

The Fluno Center (9 min. walk from venue)

The Fluno Center is located on the UW-Madison Campus and in the heart of downtown.
