BCCE 2026 programming will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 26, and end at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30.
The BCCE 2026 program will follow a consistent daily rhythm to help attendees navigate sessions, workshops, and events with ease. The block schedule at right provides a general overview of each conference day. As you organize your time at the conference, this model gives you a sense of how the day flows, from morning sessions to evening receptions. All times are shown in Central Daylight Time (CDT).
- Symposia are offered in short talk blocks across the day (Blocks 1, 2, 4).
- Workshops run in parallel 90-minute blocks and depending on proposed length, can take up one, two, or all three blocks.
- Poster Sessions take place in the early afternoon.
- Birds of a Feather sessions will take place over lunch or during the evening, depending on the nature of the session.
- Community Conversations and other evening events offer space for connection, discussion, and engagement.
- All evening events will occur in UW–Madison's Memorial Union. During this time, attendees can enjoy food and beverage, move freely among birds-of-a-feather and community conversion sessions, browse exhibits and posters, and socialize in a relaxed atmosphere.,
Please note: This is a generic daily structure. Specific session details and schedules will be posted in mid-May.
